　　On the morning of March 8, the delegations carefully reviewed the work report of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress.

The delegates fully affirmed the work of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress in the past five years and agreed with the proposals for the work in the coming year.

During the deliberation, the representatives put forward some opinions and suggestions on the report and the work of the NPC.

The secretariat of the conference carefully studied the deliberations of the representatives and made serious revisions to the report.

The standing chairman of the bureau proposed to approve the revised work report of the Standing Committee, and drafted a draft resolution on the work report of the Standing Committee.

　　After a vote, the meeting decided to submit the draft resolution on the work report of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress to all delegations for deliberation.

　　On the morning of March 9, the delegations carefully reviewed the work reports of the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate.

The representatives fully affirmed the work of the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate in the past five years, and expressed their approval of the 2023 work proposals put forward in the report.

All delegations agreed to approve the above report.

During the deliberation, the representatives also put forward some opinions and suggestions. The Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate carefully revised their respective reports based on the deliberation opinions of the deputies.

Based on the deliberations of the delegations and the revisions to the reports, the standing chairman of the bureau proposed to approve the work reports of the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate, and drafted two draft resolutions on the above reports.

　　After voting respectively, the meeting decided to submit the draft resolutions on the work report of the Supreme People's Court and the draft resolution on the work report of the Supreme People's Procuratorate to all delegations for deliberation.

　　On the afternoon of March 11, the delegations deliberated on the candidates for the Vice Premier of the State Council, the State Councilor, Ministers of various ministries, directors of various committees, the Governor of the People's Bank of China, the Auditor General, and the Secretary General, and unanimously agreed on the list of candidates.

After voting at the Presidium meeting, it was decided to submit the candidates for the above-mentioned other members of the State Council to the plenary meeting of the General Assembly for appointment.

　　On the afternoon of March 11, the delegations addressed the directors of the 14th National People's Congress Ethnic Committee, Supervision and Judicial Committee, Education, Science, Culture and Health Committee, Foreign Affairs Committee, Overseas Chinese Committee, Environment and Resource Protection Committee, Agriculture and Rural Committee, and Social Construction Committee. Candidates for committee members, vice-chairmen, and committee members were deliberated, and the list of candidates was unanimously approved.

The official list of candidates for the members of the above-mentioned special committees was determined through voting at the bureau meeting, and submitted to the plenary meeting of the conference for voting.
