Grandmothers living in a nursing home in the United States have made headlines by recreating a pop star's performance.
According to CNN, Insider and others on Jan. 6 local time, seniors at a nursing home in Kentucky, USA, were presented with bouquets of flowers by pop stars Rihanna and Jay-Z.
The nursing home's grandmothers shared a video on social media mimicking Rihanna's performance from the 2023 Super Bowl Halftime Show.

They performed their own cool dance moves to Rihanna's hit song "Rude Boy," though not as powerful as Rihanna's.
Upon its release, the video garnered more than 2 million views and more than 700.330 million likes.
After watching the grandmothers' videos, users went wild, with reactions such as "Even old people still have a lot of life left", "Do I have to wait until I get older to get over there?", and "They deserve the world".
The nursing home said, "Who said seniors can't TikTok?" It added to its popularity by releasing an additional video of the grandmothers smiling and dancing facing each other.
In response, performance hero Rihanna and her agency representative Jay-Z presented 100 roses as a token of gratitude and respect, saying, "Dedicated to the TikTok stars!" and "It was such a wonderful dance."

Dora Martin, 87, who plays Rihanna, said, "I watched Rihanna perform with my grandchildren and it made me feel younger just because I could copy it, and I feel like I'm 16 when I started TikTok."
On the other hand, the nursing home said, "It's nice to be able to show the elderly who are living a wonderful life," and "now the grandmothers care more about the number of views."
