钻井平台上自主研发生产的“机械手”“铁钻工”等自动化设备，总书记很感兴趣，黄利民则如数家珍。“深井地质情况复杂，没有一流的设备和技术是打不出油来的。我们从总书记的关切中读出了努力的方向：把核心技术掌握在自己手中，让增储上产更有保障。”
“石油能源建设对我们国家意义重大”。走下钻井平台，习近平总书记谆谆叮嘱：“中国作为制造业大国，要发展实体经济，能源的饭碗必须端在自己手里。”
这句沉甸甸的嘱托，如今已成为每一名石油人的座右铭。
“要保障国家能源安全，就必须兜住重要能源国内生产自给的战略底线，这是一代又一代石油人的责任与使命！”赵琢萍说。
治国必先治党，党兴才能国强。
两会前夕，全国人大代表、河北省灵寿县车谷砣村党支部书记陈春芳，又一次来到老一辈领导人“进京赶考”的出发地——西柏坡参观学习，重温共产党人的初心使命。
在西柏坡，陈春芳见到了陈素梅。2013年，习近平总书记在当年“立规矩的地方”——九月会议旧址与当地干部群众围坐谈心，梁家沟村民陈素梅也在其中。
“习近平总书记在座谈会上强调领导干部要以身作则，还说解决干部身上的作风问题，群众也有责任，这种责任就是多提建议、认真监督。”总书记的话语，深深印刻在了陈素梅的脑海里，“越听心里越亮堂”。
这些年，梁家沟村推行起小微权力清单制度，实行村务公开，还不定期召开村情恳谈会，实现村监会事事有监管。
“现在，村干部廉起来了、村子美起来了、村民富起来了。大家都说，在总书记带领下，共产党的好作风又回来了，大家伙儿跟党走的心也更坚定了！”向陈春芳介绍着村里的变化，陈素梅的眼睛闪着光。
习近平总书记在西柏坡考察时曾说，来这里想得最多的是“在当前形势下我们能不能深刻领会‘两个务必’，使之更好指导当前党的建设”等问题。
党的二十大上，习近平总书记进一步提出“三个务必”——“务必不忘初心、牢记使命，务必谦虚谨慎、艰苦奋斗，务必敢于斗争、善于斗争”。
“这是对中国共产党优良作风的传承和发扬，也是我们党永葆生机活力的法宝。”陈春芳说，“党面临的‘赶考’远未结束。但无论遇到什么困难和险阻，我们都有信心和力量去战胜它。有总书记作主心骨，我们心里很踏实！”陈春芳的话，道出两会代表委员们的切身感受，也是14亿多中国人民的共同心声。
“用实干实绩回报总书记的关怀厚爱”
政协大会报到前一天，全国政协委员王亚平还在参加航天员的正常训练。“时刻准备着，就是为了能够再次为祖国出征太空。”
首次出征前习近平总书记的关心激励，成为王亚平矢志飞天的强大动力。
2013年6月11日，神舟十号载人飞船即将从大漠深处起飞。习近平总书记来到位于酒泉卫星发射中心的航天员公寓问天阁，为航天员聂海胜、张晓光、王亚平壮行。
“海胜、晓光、亚平，你们好！看到你们精神饱满、英姿勃勃，我感到很高兴”“预祝你们成功，期待你们凯旋”。
听到总书记亲切的称呼，王亚平紧张情绪一扫而空，“这一下子拉近了距离，好像是家里的长辈在我们出行前细心叮嘱。”
13天后，总书记又来到北京航天飞行控制中心，同他们进行天地通话。
时至今日，王亚平仍清楚地记得总书记激励他们的那句话——“航天梦是强国梦的重要组成部分。随着中国航天事业快速发展，中国人探索太空的脚步会迈得更大、更远。”
2021年，王亚平二叩苍穹。
“新年的钟声即将敲响。我们的三位航天员正在浩瀚太空‘出差’”。总书记在2022年新年贺词中，表达了对王亚平、翟志刚和叶光富三位航天员的关怀与问候。
是时，身处400公里高空，被苍茫的星宇环绕，中国空间站里的王亚平等三人感受到了来自“家乡”地球的温暖。
从神舟十三号、十四号、十五号接力腾飞，到中国空间站全面建成……新时代的航天人越过了千难万险，中国载人航天事业捷报频传。
“作为一名航天员，我既是参与者，也是见证者，感到无上荣光。”王亚平深切感受到，“是总书记引领了中国航天事业的腾飞，激励着中华民族筑梦苍穹的坚定决心。”
宇宙浩瀚，汇聚流转的星辰犹如磅礴涌动的力量；山河壮丽，璀璨绵延的文脉宛若民族精神的脊梁。
全国人大代表、云冈研究院院长杭侃这次赴京的行囊里，背着3D缩小打印的“云冈石窟”模型。“这是我受我们研究院同事们的委托，向总书记交出的一份特殊答卷。”
2020年5月，正在山西考察的习近平总书记走进云冈石窟。
那天，习近平总书记仔细察看雕塑、壁画，不时向工作人员询问石窟历史文化遗产保护等情况。“习近平总书记平易近人和学识渊博给云冈人留下了深刻的印象。”杭侃说。
在这次考察中，习近平总书记指出，“历史文化遗产是不可再生、不可替代的宝贵资源，要始终把保护放在第一位”“让旅游成为人们感悟中华文化、增强文化自信的过程”。
文化遗产的背后，承载着历史的发展脉络，彰显着文明的无限魅力，积淀着中华民族最深沉的精神追求。
“近年来，我们插上数字技术的翅膀，不断唤醒石头里存在的生命，让石窟艺术变得可移动、可复制、更亲近。”杭侃说，希望能有更多人通过多种方式从云冈石窟承载的传统文化中找到文化自信的支撑、精神力量的源泉。
从大同云冈石窟到敦煌莫高窟，从良渚遗址到西安古城墙……习近平总书记用实地踏访、谆谆嘱托启迪国人：让沉睡的文化遗产“活”起来，把跨越时空、超越国度、富有永恒魅力、具有当代价值的文化精神弘扬起来，为中华民族铸“魂”。
如今，收藏在博物馆里的文物、陈列在广阔大地上的遗产、书写在古籍里的文字“活”起来，中华文脉开枝散叶、绵延勃发。
“紧跟习近平总书记的指引，我们有责任守住文明根脉，激活中华文化，凝聚精神力量，圆梦国之复兴。”杭侃坚定地说。
文化的自信自强，为古老民族与时俱进、奋勇前进铺就浑厚底色；体育精神的弘扬，鼓舞中国人民以更加坚定必胜信念实现美好生活的向往。
“当选全国人大代表，对体育运动员来说是一种肯定。”走进人民大会堂，游泳运动员张雨霏感受到自己肩负的责任更重了。
3月5日下午，习近平总书记参加江苏代表团审议。张雨霏再一次同总书记面对面。
一年多前的2021年9月，前来西安出席第十四届全运会开幕式的习近平总书记，在陕西大会堂北大厅同体育界的代表亲切会面。张雨霏站在第一排，胸前佩戴着刚在东京奥运会上赢得的金牌。
总书记走到她面前时，笑容可掬地说：“张雨霏，两块金牌、两块银牌，丰收啊！”
在交流中，张雨霏感受到总书记对每一名为国争光运动员的熟悉和关切，激励着她继续冲刺、突破、圆梦。
再度现场聆听习近平总书记重要讲话，张雨霏心潮澎湃：“在总书记的引领下，今天的中国充满生机活力，明天的中国奋斗成就梦想。我们一定不辜负总书记的期待，要用体育精神为中华民族伟大复兴凝心聚气，与全国人民一道共赴中国式现代化新征程。”
3月6日，习近平总书记来到北京友谊宾馆聚英厅，亲切看望参加政协会议的民建、工商联界委员并参加联组会，听取大家的意见和建议。
来自宁德时代新能源科技股份有限公司的曾毓群委员在会上第一个发言，他向总书记汇报了企业研发新能源汽车动力电池，努力占领全球新能源产业制高点的情况。
“对于新兴产业，一定要搞好统筹规划，搞清楚市场有多大、风险在哪里，要防止一路所向披靡、孤军深入，最后却被人兜了底、全军覆没。”总书记的话直击曾毓群心中最担忧的关键点。
总书记进一步强调：“希望我们的新能源产业，既要抓住机遇顺势而上，也要统筹好发展和安全的关系。”
高瞻远瞩的判断、温暖有力的指示，为民营企业发展新兴产业指明了方向。
曾毓群不由感慨：“总书记的重要讲话一直是我们民营企业家的‘定心丸’。我们一定不负总书记重托，自觉走高质量发展路子，爱国敬业、守法经营、创业创新、回报社会，为全面建设社会主义现代化强国贡献自己的智慧和力量。”
春天的希望，映照着中国经济的前路；美好的愿景，正化作乡村振兴的蓝图。
再次走进人民大会堂，回想起四年多前同习近平总书记交流的场景，全国人大代表、临夏开放大学副校长董彩云依然难掩激动。
2019年全国两会期间，在甘肃代表团审议中，时任临夏回族自治州积石山县吹麻滩小学校长的董彩云直言不讳：“我的家乡坐落在美丽的积石山脚下，是撒拉、东乡、保安等多个少数民族的家园，但我们缺乏一条连接外部的高速公路，孩子们去周边上学要坐一天车……”
总书记听得认真，用温和的目光注视着她。
“总书记和蔼的笑容，充满鼓励的眼神，让我不自觉便打开‘话匣子’，把基层的需求讲给他听。”董彩云说。
发言结束，总书记在会议现场就指出，“各部委同志都在，要积极吸收采纳代表建议”。
散会时，习近平总书记亲切地同每位代表握手。走到董彩云身前时，总书记笑着对她说：“你讲得很好。”
那一刻，董彩云鼻尖冲上一股酸意，她深深感受到总书记对基层声音的关注，对基层人民的关怀。她忘记了如何回应，只是红着眼圈紧紧握住总书记的手。
这条临夏人民日思夜想的临大高速公路在当年便开工建设，连接沿线15个乡镇、28个村，将临夏县、临夏市、积石山县串联在一起。
今年两会赴京前，董彩云走遍建设工地。“这条公路今年就要建成通车了！”董彩云说，“村子的未来和外面更大更美好的世界紧紧相连、和国家发展进程同频共振。”
“我们一定不辜负总书记的谆谆嘱托，加快推进农业农村现代化，在新征程上团结奋斗、扎实工作，用实干实绩回报总书记的关怀厚爱。”董彩云说。
