The alarm came in to the police at 8.26 pm on Thursday evening.

- We heard a very loud bang.

The doors to the house are destroyed.

There is smoke in the stairwell, says Susanne Lundin, who lives in the house.

- We received several calls that something had detonated.

A loud bang was heard and smoke was seen, says Evelina Olsson, press spokesperson at the police.

Both the police and emergency services must be on site and have set up a cordon.

It is still unclear what it is that has detonated.

- We block off and we have ordered the national bomb protection, says Evelina Olsson.

At 10 p.m., the bomb shelters were ready at the site and the technicians began their work.

The police are also door-knocking in the area.

No one is said to have been injured.

The police are looking for one or more perpetrators.

The incident is classified as gross devastation that is dangerous to the general public.
