The 145 Ivorian nationals had boarded this Saturday morning in Tunis aboard an Air Côte d'Ivoire flight.
The plane landed in Abidjan around 6:10 p.m.
Upon his descent, the returnees were greeted by the Prime Minister, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and several members of the government.
There were families there with their children.
The features drawn after these long hours of flight, some barely had a bag or a small suitcase.
No hug.
No family had made the trip.
These returnees first had to go through several administrative stages: being identified by the police, questioned by the Directorate of Territorial Surveillance (DST), then listed by the civil status services, to finally land in the hands of medical teams. .
Once all these checks have been validated, head to the transit center set up at the Institute for Youth and Sports in Marcory.
There, they will benefit from medical and psychological care for two to three days.
They will then each receive a nest egg of 160,000 CFA francs (about 244 euros) which should allow them to return to their families in the coming days.
They should also pass for some of the interviews so that they can consider reintegrating into society.
