Elina Backlund Arab regrets that there is not yet a syringe exchange on site, but after the summer there will be a syringe exchange at Sundsvall Hospital in the old recovery unit premises.
But the idea is that it should be in more places in the county in order to reach more people, she says.

The issue of syringe exchange affects many activities such as the infectious disease clinic, women's clinic, psychiatry and social services that the municipality has at its disposal.
