Bavaria has launched a billion-euro program to promote artificial intelligence and other key technologies and to make the Free State one of the most attractive technology locations in the world. When Markus Söder presented the program a few years ago, Markus Blume was still CSU General Secretary. He is now Minister of Science and is responsible for implementing the agenda.
