“What I can say with confidence is that allegations that the United States is transmitting intelligence or other data to the Ukrainian side to strike at objects inside Russian territory are nonsense,” Ryder was quoted as saying by RIA Novosti.
Ryder claims that the efforts of the American side are aimed at helping Ukraine "in its self-defense."
In February, the White House said that the United States was not encouraging the Ukrainian side to strike deep into Russia.
