“The Investigative Committee of Russia will give a procedural assessment of each illegal act against Russian prisoners of war,” the report says.
The department also stressed that exhaustive measures will be taken to bring the perpetrators to justice.
Earlier, the LPR Ombudsman Victoria Serdyukova said that Russian prisoners of war were kept outside in the cold.
