The storms have left their mark on the week.

SMHI has issued orange warnings for strong winds in combination with heavy snowfall on Calf Mountain.

Road E10 has been closed, creating queues of lorries with drivers who have had to spend 24 hours in their cabs.

And on mountain resorts and in cabins and sports holiday celebrants who have traveled there have had to wait out the storm.

Chess instead of skiing

Week nine did not turn out as many had imagined.

- You get to play a lot of chess and table games and then you read books, says Oscar Ranneby from Stockholm, who is celebrating a sports holiday with father Jonas.

Sports holiday celebrants about the storm week

During Thursday there was finally skiing, but only on the small hill and in fairly fresh mountain winds.

In the clip, some of the skiers in Björkliden talk about the stormy week.
