“In the course of the pre-trial investigation of the specified criminal proceedings, a circle of persons involved in the commission of a criminal offense was established,” the article says.
According to the publication, during the investigation, 20 people were interrogated as witnesses.
In addition, 14 forensic examinations were appointed.
In early March 2022, information appeared in the Ukrainian media that a member of the Kyiv delegation Kireev, who participated in the first round of negotiations with Russia, was killed by the Security Service of Ukraine.
Later, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine confirmed his death.
Mikhail Podolyak, an adviser to the office of the Ukrainian president, said that the shot Kireev was not a Russian agent, he was killed by mistake.
