“But the state of affairs that exists now, primarily, of course, in Kiev, does not yet give us the opportunity to count on the fact that there will be an environment for discussing the nuances,” Peskov said in an interview with the Izvestia newspaper.
He noted that in this way the special operation will be continued until its goals are achieved.
Earlier, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko expressed confidence that Ukraine has no other way to resolve the conflict, except to conclude a peace treaty with Russia without preconditions.
