Logvinov added that Russian banks and companies were ready for new sanctions.

“Therefore, the effect of the tenth package, I think, can be considered quite limited,” he said.

The Permanent Mission of Russia to the EU has previously called the tenth package of anti-Russian sanctions illegitimate.
