It's a bit like the Caesar of politics. The "qualities" of the head of government were noticed by the jury of the Trombinoscope Prize 2022. This professional directory of the political sphere, which awards each year a prize rewarding outstanding political personalities of the past year, elected for last year Elisabeth Borne, announced the professional directory of the political world which awards this award.
"At the head of the government, but especially as head of a very relative majority, Elisabeth Borne quickly deployed the qualities that we guessed her, but with a resistance that we hardly suspected," explains a statement from the jury. Elisabeth Borne succeeds the LR presidential candidate and president of the Ile-de-France region Valérie Pécresse, who received this prize in 2021, and the PS mayor of Paris Anne Hidalgo, winner in 2020.
Fabien Roussel, "political revelation"
After Sandrine Rousseau in 2021, the prize for the "political revelation of the year 2022" is awarded to the boss of the PCF Fabien Roussel. The Minister Delegate for Public Accounts Gabriel Attal receives the award of "Minister of the Year", and the president of the Renaissance group Aurore Bergé that of "MP of the Year 2022".
The "senators of the year" are Eliane Assassi (CRCE with a communist majority) and Arnaud Bazin (LR), and the prize for the "local elected representative of the year" goes to the LR mayor of Cannes and president of the Association of Mayors of France (AMF), David Lisnard. As for the "European of the Year 2022", the prize goes to Moldovan President Maia Sandu.
