According to Nuland, the participants in the dialogue are unanimous in their opinion that "Russia must pay" for the situation in Ukraine.

Previously, she announced the introduction of new anti-Russian sanctions on February 24, together with partners in the G7.

Lithuanian Foreign Minister Gabrielius Landsbergis said that the new EU sanctions package could include measures against Rosatom and Minsk.

His Hungarian colleague Peter Szijjártó called the tenth package of sanctions against Russia "a huge mistake."
