Omar Khoory, Chief Asset Management Officer at Nakheel, said that Palm Jumeirah's hospitality and dining destinations are committed to enhancing Dubai's dining scene, and he is delighted that more restaurants on Palm Jumeirah have been recognized by this year's Michelin Dubai Guide.

Nakheel announced the inclusion of 15 restaurants on Palm Jumeirah on the list of the prestigious Michelin Dubai Guide in its 2023 edition, with Tresind Studio and Stay by Yannick Aleno acquiring two Michelin stars, while Tresind Studio, which transformed the concept of Indian cuisine, through its culinary innovations and offerings, was able to raise its rating from one star to two stars with the Michelin guide, making it the first Indian restaurant in the UAE and the second from His kind in the world that wins two Michelin stars.

Stay by Yannick Aleno is a symbol of French culinary mastery, serving the flavourful French dishes that earned the restaurant two Michelin stars this year, while adhering to its philosophy of "the best is not to overdo it."

Four other restaurants on Palm Jumeirah – Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, Hakkasan, Ossiano and Torno Subito – were able to earn one Michelin star – for their efforts to maintain the quality of the ingredients they use, the harmony of their flavours, the chef's character in the kitchen, cooking techniques and consistency in the dining experience.

"Son of the Sea" won the "Beep Gourmand" award, which highlights the quality of the food it offers at reasonable prices. Eight Michelin Selected Restaurants were also awarded Ariana, Galeo, Lamar, Estiatorio Milos, Roya, Akira Pack, Little Miss India, and Nobu Dubai.

Omar Khoory said: "We are committed to creating a dining scene that celebrates a strong dining culture and innovative menus, as well as diversity and a unique personality, reinforcing Palm Jumeirah as a culinary destination in the city."

"We will continue to bring in renowned and competent chefs and attract high-quality restaurants that highlight the global food scene and foster a sense of community."
