It is known that Mr. A, a suspect in his 20s who is suspected of killing a woman in her 20s whom he met through a part-time job app and abandoning her body, searched for "murder" before committing the crime.

Today (31st), the Busan Geumjeong Police Station announced that the digital forensic examination of the mobile phone of Ms. A, a woman in her 20s who is suspected of murder and other charges, confirmed that Ms. A had conducted a search related to the murder before committing the crime.

According to the police, Mr. A searched for "murder," "murder without a body" and "murder case" before committing the crime, and borrowed crime-related novels from the local library.

Previously, Mr. A reportedly stated that his crime was accidental, but since search records have been found, the police are focusing their investigation efforts on finding out whether the crime was planned until Mr. A is sent to the prosecution.

A police official said, "We have checked some of the search records related to the murder and are also investigating the (loan) book list for possible connection to the crime."

In addition, the Busan Police Agency will hold a personal information disclosure review committee for Mr. A tomorrow (1st).

Mr. A is accused of killing Mr. B with a knife at the home of Mr. B, a woman in her 26s, at about 6 p.m. on the 20th, and then abandoning part of her body.

They met on the 23rd when Mr. B responded to Mr. A's request to find English tutoring on a part-time job app.

On the 26th, Mr. A visited the house of Mr. B, who lives alone in Geumjeong-gu, Busan, and after an argument, he killed Mr. B with a knife.

After the crime, Mr. A allegedly brought a suitcase to Mr. B's house, and in the process, he also stopped at a grocery store to purchase locks and plastic bags.

After dismembering Mr. B's body, Mr. A put some of it in a suitcase, and on the 27th, he took a taxi at about 3 a.m. and abandoned the bag in the grassy forest near the Nakdong River in Yangsan at about 4 a.m. the East Sea same day.

However, when a suspicious taxi driver saw Mr. A dragging a large suitcase and reported it, the police arrested Mr. A at 6 a.m. on the same day.

At that time, Mr. A's suitcase was covered with bloody blankets and Mr. B's ID was identified, and part of Mr. B's body was found in Mr. B's house.

While detaining Mr. A, the police have also secured evidence such as a chest weapon, requested an investigation, and are continuing the investigation with various possibilities open, such as the existence of accomplices.
