The I Believe I Can Fly singer was sentenced to thirty years in prison in New York in June 2022 after being convicted of one count of racketeering and eight counts of violating a law against sex trafficking. In February 2023, he was sentenced to twenty years in prison in Chicago for child pornography and incitement to child prostitution. He is serving those sentences at the same time.
