Unpleasant news for iPhone users: You should immediately transfer your photos from the device before June 26

Apple announced the closure of its free photo saving service "My Photo Stream" on July 26, with the ability for users to store photos on board the service to be stopped on June 26.

Apple explained, according to an official statement, that all images held by users of "My Photo Stream" will be synchronized with the "iCloud" service by June 26 and will remain available for a month, so that the user can download them during that period to one of his devices.

Apple called on users to rely on the image storage service "iCloud Photos", which is an alternative to its service, which is about to close forever.

Apple explained the steps to be followed to download photos from "My Photo Stream" on iPhone, iPad and iPod touch, which is to enter the Photos application and then click on the Albums option, and then enter the My Photo Stream photo folder, and then the user chooses all the photos he wants to download to his device, and presses Save Image storage.
For Mac computers, the user will have to open the Photos application and then choose My Photo Stream, and from there the user will have to choose all the photos he wants to store, and drag them all Drag & Drop to the Library storage folder.
According to "Arabiya.net", Apple stressed the need to run the "iCloud Photos" service on iPhones, running iOS 8.3 or later, and iPad tablets running iPadOS 8.3 or later, as well as Mac computers running macOS X Yosemite or later.

Apple allowed the user, after turning on iCloud Photos, to easily browse his photos on iPhone, iPad and Mac, as well as Apple TV and the iCloud website, and he will also have the ability to synchronize photos on Windows computers as well via the iCloud for Windows service.
