The transfer of coaches from one corner to another in the rectangle of our league is a recycling process to exchange experiences from the available cadres to achieve the desired improvement and development that clubs aspire to. At the same time, this category moves within the circle of self-benefit first, and then the desire to strengthen the record and training file for it for future gains and motives, which they see as the acquired rights that each trainer seeks to obtain in his training career.

Perhaps it is a familiar practice that we are accustomed to in the stadiums of our league, yesterday's friend has become today's opponent and vice versa, since interest is the origin of the link to the contractual relationship, although some interpret it from the perspective of denial and non-fulfillment of the covenant and promise, but this does not count in the custom of the round in which each party races to drag the benefit dish towards it, just as the relationship is based on mutual benefit, and obviously whenever it disappears or weakens its usefulness, it will inevitably end without warning.

In the face of these circumstances, you find there are those who hedge this situation, which is haunting and annoying, especially the teams going towards stability and future construction, as they work according to a specific vision and goal, but they do not secure those emergency warnings that may disrupt their march, which imposes possible proactive steps on them in their programs and plans, as they are forced to develop an alternative path to avoid the expected repercussions due to these variables and transformations, and therefore there is no harm in moving and moving from one castle to another through trading Expertise and benefiting from them, but provided that the receiving party is aware of the size of the expected addition from that polarization and its effectiveness, which may require tools and elements with certain specifications, in order to serve the transformation required to achieve the desired success. Just as the consequence may also come harshly, if the decision is based on emotion and reaction, without an actual study that harmonizes the need and the quality that serves it according to the new style and thought, the circumstances vary and differ in their data, and whoever succeeds there may fail here and so on.
