Even today, Arnold Schwarzenegger does not start a day without doing a minimum of exercise. A real way of life that he owes above all to his education, and more particularly to his father.

"You know, I don't consider myself a disciplined person. Because playing sports in the morning is something I've been doing since I was little," the 75-year-old actor told Entertainment Tonight, who returns in the new Netflix action-comedy series called FUBAR.

"I remember my dad telling me, 'You can't have breakfast first, you have to earn it. You have to do 200 abs and as many push-ups. "That's how I grew up and that's still what I do today."

But for the Hollywood icon, it is no longer a question of playing sports to get or keep his physique out of the ordinary, but simply to feel good.

A lifestyle for all

"I just need to have my hour of sport and then do some cycling to maintain my cardio," Schwarzenegger continued.

"It just makes you feel good no matter what you're doing. Whether you're doing a series, a movie, or even writing a book or preparing a speech. No matter what you do, you need to feel fit and full of energy. So, who is up for 200 abs and 200 push-ups tomorrow morning before breakfast?
