A woman and two children were found dead Thursday morning in Dreux, Eure-et-Loir. The prosecutor of the Republic of Chartres, Frédéric Chevallier, announced the arrest of the ex-spouse of the mother, Saturday.

Rescuers discovered the bodies of the woman, born in 1987, and those of her two children, a 13-year-old girl and a baby (a boy) about 18 months old. The bodies had wounds, probably caused by a knife, according to the prosecutor, who seized the territorial direction of the judicial police of Orleans.
