Tina Turner sends the audience into raptures: the performance on the catwalk, with heels

The singer, queen of rock'nroll, has died at the age of 83. She died in Zurich after a long illness

Tina Turner, then 60 years old, ran on stage, wearing heels, enchanting her audience on the notes of "Nutbush City Limits": an almost "autobiographical" song, among the few written by the queen of rock'nroll, in commemoration of her hometown, precisely Nutbush, in Haywood County, Tennessee (USA). With over 100 million records sold worldwide, Turner has been one of the protagonists of music, placed by the magazines of the sector among the 100 greatest singers of all time: in her career she has collected 12 Grammy Awards, three Grammy Hall of Fame awards and a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award and was the first black artist and first woman to be "crowned" by the cover of Rolling Stone.
