A man has been arrested for picking up diamond bracelets worth tens of millions of won on the street.

On the 18th, a report came in from the Gwangjin Police Station in Seoul that a diamond bracelet worth 3 million won had been lost.

The man stated that he "kept it thinking it was a toy," but the police charged him with embezzlement.

A person who embezzles property without reporting it may be punished with imprisonment for up to one year or a fine of up to 1 million won for embezzlement of stolen property.

Reactions to the situation have been mixed.

While some people said that it deserved legal action, some people said, "They may have thought it was an imitation bracelet" or "It could be resentful."

So, what should you do when you find something that has fallen on the side of the road?

Experts advise that it's better not to touch it at all, but you can also leave things on the floor and shoot them on video.
