An investigation is opened in "search for the causes of death". But the dramatic scenario of the accident that occurred Saturday night near Cannes, and which claimed the life of a 25-year-old woman, already seems to be taking shape. The victim would have got out of his car in Saint-Raphael-Valescure station (Var), where he would have missed the restart. That's when she would have tried everything to get back on board. In vain. The emergency services could only note his death.
Investigations are underway to try to establish the circumstances of this accident and possibly responsibilities, under the supervision of the Draguignan prosecutor's office. According to the regional daily, relatives of the young woman have filed a complaint for "manslaughter".
