Strawberry, raspberry... or whatever you want

"Strawberry, raspberry, beetroot but... And why not red pepper or hibiscus?, he suggests. In a very simple way, you can create a cocktail without blood red alcohol, with a subtle taste, without too much acidity but with a good balance in terms of tastes. »

Ingredients:

Cane sugar 1,5 cl

Acid solution 2 cl (optionally 2cl of freshly squeezed lemon juice)

Bissap (a hibiscus infusion) 4 cl (or an infusion of red fruits of your choice)

1 beautiful strawberry

2 raspberries

2 mint leaves

Drizzle with ginger beer (a ginger ale)

Add hibiscus leaves (or any other infusion) for decoration
