A drunk man in his 40s challenged two passers-by on the street.

After a struggle, the three men were brought to trial and fined 2,10 won each.

The drunk who had the fight in the first place was charged with a misdemeanor, but he was charged with another case and eventually sentenced to prison.

Presiding Judge Park Hyun-jin of Chuncheonji Law's Wonju-won Criminal Division 2 sentenced three people, 47-year-old Mr. A, who was charged with violating the Misdemeanor Punishment Act, and Mr. B and C, both in their 40s, to a fine of 3,10 won each for violating the Act on Punishment for Violent Acts and Other Crimes.

Mr. A was brought to trial on charges of causing discomfort by taking off all his tops, bottoms, and underwear and exposing major parts of his body because he was angry after arguing with passers-by B and C on the street in front of a restaurant in Hoengseong County at around 11:26 on November 0 last year.

Mr. B and Mr. C were brought to court on charges of assaulting Mr. A by grabbing him by the arm during an argument with Mr. A, who was drunk and arguing, or by joining forces and pushing Mr. A several times in the neck and body.

Chief Judge Park ruled, "Punishment is inevitable because the three of them have committed the crime together," adding, "However, the sentence was determined in consideration of the fact that the defendants admitted to all the crimes and did not want to punish each other, and the fact that this incident occurred because Mr. A argued first."

Mr. A, who caused the division, was only punished with a misdemeanor in this case, but was sentenced to one year and four months in prison in a trial in which he was arrested and charged with another 11 counts of special injury, special assault, damage to property, and obstruction of business.
