This Thursday morning, four people were seriously wounded with a knife in a house in Les Ulis, Essonne. According to our colleagues from Le Parisien, a 37-year-old man stabbed four members of his own family, including his father, a municipal councillor of the communal majority. The suspect was arrested.

The tragedy occurred around 10 am, in a pavilion belonging to the Mouhounou family, whose father, Jean-Gaston, is a municipal councillor of Ulis. In circumstances that remain unknown, one of the family's children, aged 37, stabbed his father, mother and two sisters.

Life-threatening prognosis for the four victims

According to our colleagues, the suspect, who suffers from psychological disorders, barricaded himself in a room of the house when the police arrived on the scene. He was finally arrested after trying to set fire to the family home.

After the respondent was subdued by the police, the emergency services took care of the victims. All of them, seriously injured, were admitted to hospitals in the area with vital prognoses engaged. According to Le Parisien, the mother and the two daughters are between life and death. An investigation has been opened.
