Actress Yoo Ah-in, who went to the police for a second investigation on suspicion of
drug use, walked out of the police building after more than 21 hours of all-night investigation.

[Yoo Ah-in/Actor: (What did you say in the investigation?) I said what I could. I apologize for the inconvenience.]

In February, a hair test detected hemp, propofol, cocaine, and ketamine, and during the investigation, the circumstances of the zolpidem surrogate prescription were identified, and Yu is accused of using a total of five drugs.

But Mr. Yu has denied most of the allegations, with the exception of hemp.

The investigation also claimed that propofol was prescribed for normal medical purposes, and largely denied allegations of cocaine and other narcotics.

Police, however, believe they have substantiated the allegations after more than three months of investigation and are expected to apply for an arrest warrant later this week.

In addition, more than 2 hospitals that overprescribed propofol to Mr. Yu, as well as acquaintances who accepted zolpidem substitutes, will be sent to the prosecutor's office within this month.

Meanwhile, police have applied for arrest warrants for former idol singer Nam Tae-hyun and broadcaster Seo Min-jae on suspicion of dosing meth.

In August last year, an investigation was launched after a civic group accused Mr. Seo of posting on social media that Mr. Nam, who was known to be in a romantic relationship, was using meth and that there were syringes in the company's cabinet.
