Actor Heo Jung-min has revealed the casting-related abuse he suffered from the head of the drama production company in the past.

On the 17th, Heo Jung-min posted a post on his social media and revealed his experience of being unfairly dropped from the drama in the past.

"Ten years ago at this time, I happily ran into the script reading room of a KBS drama miniseries," said Heo Jung-min, "I will repay my debt with this drama. I will succeed. My dreams are coming true now," he said, explaining how he felt at the time when he was cast in the drama and was full of dreams.

However, he said, "In the corridor on the third floor, a strange guy grabbed me by the back of the back and dragged me to an alcove in the corner," adding, "(The man) said, 'I'm the head of this drama production company, and when I went on a business trip abroad for a while, I cast guys like you at will, and the heat was stretched.' And then he took my hand-stained script, the old actor's script, and said, 'This is not a role you guys can play. It's going to work out and I'm going to come back.'"

Heo Jung-min, who said he was dropped from the drama, said, "My role was played by an idol in the first place," adding, "The old actor and I, who had no power, cried and drank alcohol at the bar next to KBS. I can't forget the trembling of the actor's hand as he didn't want to lose the script to the guy who was the chief executive."

He said, "It's been 10 years, and to be honest, I didn't expect my little stone to become so big. I was dumbfounded all day," he said, referring to how he caused a stir the day before when he claimed that he had been suddenly notified of his departure from KBS 3TV's weekend drama "Hyoshi Ine Each" due to the intervention of a writer.

Then, Heo Jung-min said, "But I'm just going to complain about what happened," and said, "Please do it in moderation." He added, "The late actor became the most popular actor in South Korea, and I put myself out."

In this article, Heo Jung-min did not mention the title of the drama or the real name of the "old actor" who was dropped from the drama with him. However, speculation continues about the idol actor who was put into the drama on his behalf, due to the mention of "what is the second time".

Earlier, Heo Jung-min publicly sniped at the drama by announcing on his social media that the casting of "Hyo Sim Ine's Self Do Saeng" had not been announced. He said, "I've been preparing for two months. But the writer says he doesn't like actor Heo Jung-min? I can't even see your face, why," he said, "because I'm ugly, because I'm not cheap, because I can't act. What about my two months of preparation and the days ahead?"

Later, as the controversy grew, the 'Hyo Sim Ine' side commented on Heo Jung-min's casting misfire, saying, "It is true that director Kim Hyung-il and actor Heo Jung-min had only one meeting at the end of March. However, after discussions with the production team afterwards, they came to the conclusion that the image of the character and the actor during the play did not match. Two weeks later, in mid-April, we informed the management of the above," he said, adding, "Regarding the non-appearance, the writer clarified that he was not involved in the casting at all, and expressed regret for the actor's own claims."
