Looking for a certain "doctor Lougayne". The research section of the gendarmerie of Lille, in the North, is on the trail of a network illegally practicing injections of hyaluronic acid and botox in the north of the France, as well as in the Paris region, we learned on Tuesday from the Ministry of the Interior. This kind of business, in which aesthetic operations are offered at discounted prices, is multiplying.
Several complaints filed
This was entrusted to the prosecutor of Valenciennes after several complaints were filed. To speed up the investigation, the gendarmes have launched a call for witnesses from people who have personally used or who know someone who has used cosmetic surgery services offered on social networks.
The activities targeted by the investigators were offered via the pseudonyms "injection_lille" on Instagram and "doctor LOUGAYNE" on Snapchat. Any witnesses are requested to contact the Research Section at victimes-doctor-lougayne@gendarmerie.interieur.gouv.fr
