Two teenagers aged 17 were arrested last Monday by the police of Versailles (Yvelines). As reported by 78 Actu, they are suspected of being behind nine burglaries. Eight of them were committed in the commune of Vélizy. The young men are suspected of having robbed companies located near a construction site.
They also targeted a company based in Bérou-la-Mulotière (Eure-et-Loir). The respondents were arrested while they were in the vicinity of the Vélizy construction site. In their bags, the police found "two pairs of gloves and a cutting pliers", according to a source close to the investigation cited by our colleagues.
The teenagers, unknown to the police until now, admitted the facts in custody. Photos of them, taken during the burglaries, were found on their phones. Several stolen items, including bank cards and laptops, were discovered during searches of their homes. They will appear before the juvenile judge at a later date.
