While she currently triumphs on Broadway in Funny Girl, Lea Michele seems to want to extend her stay in the theaters of the famous New York avenue. Truth be told, the Glee star already knows his next role. "I already know what it is and you know (the play)," she told Variety, hinting it was going to be a new revival. "But it's very different musically."

A few more months in the shoes of Fanny Brice

In the meantime, Lea Michele will continue to play the role of Fanny Brice in Funny Girl on the stage of the August Wilson Theatre until next September. A role that was originally performed by Barbra Streisand in 1964. Finally, if Lea Michelle is best known on screen, her Broadway debut dates back to 1995, when she was just 8 years old and she was chosen to play Cosette in a staging of Les Misérables.
