Jordan: Arrest of two fraudsters who claimed to be dentists and treated patients in a "pickup" car

In Jordan, two dental fraudsters were arrested in the trunk of a medium transport vehicle (BKP), treating patients without being doctors or even holding any scientific degree.

In the details, the cadres of the Oral and Dental Health Department at the Zarqa Governorate Health Directorate, in cooperation with the competent security services, managed on Thursday evening to arrest two people with Arab nationality, who are practicing dentistry and cosmetic dentistry in a mobile vehicle.

The Director of Zarqa Health, Dr. Khaled Abdel Fattah, revealed to the Jordan News Agency (Petra) that the cadres of the Oral and Dental Health Department in the directorate, following the receipt of information indicating the presence of two non-Jordanians practicing dentistry and cosmetic dentistry with a mobile vehicle "CAP", in cooperation with the competent security services to investigate and monitor these two people and arrest them practicing their illegal acts on a number of citizens.

He added that the two people who were caught do not hold medical degrees and are not qualified and do not have any licenses that entitle them to practice any cosmetic dental work, as the two people were seized and seized, and the vehicle and the equipment and tools it contains were impounded to carry out their illegal work, noting that they will be transferred to the judiciary to take deterrent legal measures due to their practices that posed a danger to the health and safety of citizens.
