Jean-Pierre Foucault had quite a scare in April, but he is only beginning to talk about it. In an interview given to Doctissimo on Tuesday, he revealed that he had "collapsed in front of his house in Carry-Le-Rouet", in PACA. The reason? Not one but two cardiac arrests after a plane flight. The presenter of Miss France had noticed that he could no longer put his shoes in the cabin because of his swollen feet, but still decided to drive home.

"It was when I got off the plane in Marignane that I felt a strong chest tightness. I asked my wife for some water, but the pain did not pass. I still took the car to the house, located about twenty minutes from the airport. Once there, I could not climb the few steps that separated me from the front door. I lay on the ground in the garden and we called for help," he told the site.

At rest

Firefighters were quickly dispatched to the scene and the 75-year-old animator was able to be operated immediately at the North Hospital. It was there that Jean-Pierre Foucault learned that he had in fact suffered "two small cardiac arrests".

After three weeks of "rehabilitation (sport, walking...) at the Léon Bérard Hospital in Hyères, where the teams have shown serious and constant attention", the man of Who Wants to Win Millions was able to find his penates. And he is determined to take care of himself, working "only a minute and a half a day. That's my secret! " he concluded.
