A motorist is suspected of having rammed, with his car, in the front of a bank branch in Montagnac (Hérault) Wednesday morning, creating panic in the neighborhood, reports Metropolitan. While waiting for the arrival of the police, the employees took cover, not knowing if it was an accident or a deliberate act.

The driver of the vehicle, a utility, was arrested and placed in custody by the gendarmes, continues the news site. Investigations are ongoing.

According to France Bleu Hérault, the man, aged in his fifties, is suspected of having deliberately rammed into the window of this bank branch because he could not have been served as he would have wished, a few minutes earlier.
