After the knife attack in a refugee shelter in Meerbusch near Düsseldorf, investigators are now looking for photos of the fugitive suspect. A 29-year-old resident of the property is suspected of having seriously injured a visitor of the same age.
The homicide squad is looking for the twenty-nine-year-old for attempted murder. Since the search measures have not yet led to the arrest of the suspect, the population is now asked for help, it was said on Wednesday.
At the same time, however, the police warned against an unauthorized arrest: Since the wanted person could be armed, witnesses should inform the police about the emergency call, but stay away from him.
