'Is this the care of a puppy in a five-star hotel?' was recently posted on an online community.

"I found a dog while walking in the back of the hotel, and at first I thought it was kept in a hotel, but the more I looked at it, the more strange it was," the author explained, "It was raining and squirming, but there were no blankets or food bowls in the house, just a pile of food."

He then pointed out the dog's care, saying it was tied to a rope and not a leash, and that he watched for 30 minutes and there were no staff members checking on him from the sidelines.

As the controversy grew, the hotel issued an apology.

"Due to its location within the national park, we have made various efforts to monitor the appearance of wildlife," he said, "and moved the location of the guard dogs in the private house next door to a location close to the resort."

He added, "We have been managing the dog owners together, but we are sorry that the management environment was not sufficient."

However, some have criticized the hotel, citing the fact that it has been marketing as pet-friendly.

The users responded, "Why can't I tell you if there is a dog or neglect it", "I can't stop a wild boar with a dog like that in the first place", and "It's even creepier that I sent a dog but I don't have a picture of what happened".
