Without profession and already known to the justice, the individual was arrested by the police while he was walking in the street in possession of a kitchen knife of twenty centimeters. Furious at being arrested, the forty-year-old then attacked the agents by insulting them by all names, reports the Brest prosecutor's office.
Brought back to the station, the man did not calm down. On the contrary, he defecated in his cell and spread his excrement on the walls, making his cell "unusable". Brought before the public prosecutor on Tuesday, the individual was placed in pre-trial detention pending trial on July 4 before the criminal chamber of the Brest judicial court.
