Two men who were smoking outside the
café suddenly spilled their drinks on the floor and threw their glasses down again. When the café staff told them to move their seats because it was a non-smoking area, they suddenly did, but the police investigated.

Two
men dressed in black enter the café.

After accepting their coffee, they take a seat at an outdoor table outside the café, and soon they take out a cigarette, bite it, and light it.

Moments later, the atmosphere turns sour when a lady at the café comes out and stops smoking.

First, a short-haired man pours coffee on the table, and the man who came with him picks up his cup and throws it on the side of the road.

Seeing this, a citizen covered his mouth with his hands in bewilderment, and the staff watched their actions without knowing what to do, and entered the store.

[Cafe owner: This is non-smoking seating. I asked for your understanding to smoke by going here or there and doing so, but now pour the drink and put it away...]

The café had a sticker announcing the non-smoking area, but the men mocked the restraining staff, threw their glasses, and left.

"I'm an employee who has been working steadily for two years, but I'm worried about trauma," the café owner wrote and posted a video on an online community of self-employed people.

[Cafe owner: 'We had this kind of thing in our café.' You said you had a little alcohol, but I've never seen anything like this.]

Police, who first arrested the men on suspicion of property damage for breaking glasses, said they were also considering additional charges of obstruction of duty.

Police identified them based on credit card payments and CCTV footage.
