According to the video, informant A was driving on the first lane next to the new construction site of Mo Apartment in Munsan-eup, Paju City, around 14 pm on the 3th of last month.
Suddenly, a metal ring that fell from the air hit the front of the car, causing the windshield of Mr. A's vehicle to break.

I'm really glad that no one was hurt," he said to the people involved in the apartment construction site, "If the apartment construction site does not acknowledge it by next week, we will disclose the name of the construction company. When the name comes out, shouldn't the chairman and other high-ranking people see it?"
