Singer Seven (39, real name Choi Dong-wook) and actress Lee Da-hae (39, real name Byun Da-hye) became a couple after eight years of dating.

Seven and Lee Da-hae got married on the 8th at the Shilla Hotel in Jung-gu, Seoul. On this day, the wedding ceremony was hosted by comedians Kim Joon-ho and Jose Se-ho, and the anthem was sung by Big Bang Sun, Spider, and Sea. The new groom Seven also sang the song themselves and serenaded for bride Idahae.

The couple's wedding was attended by members of BIGBANG's Taeyang, G-Dragon, Daesung, 6NE2 Sandara Park, CL, Gong Min-ji, Teddy, and actor Lee so-hyuk, who had eaten a pot of rice together at YG Entertainment, Seven's former label. In addition, many celebrities attended as guests, including Baek Jong-won and So-so-jin, super juniors Kim Hee-chul, Kyu Hyun, Eun Hyuk, East Sea, Kang In, singers Kim Jae-joong and Kim Hyun-joong, actors Oh Yeon-so, Park Si-yeon, Kwak Si-yang, Choi Sung-joon, Kim Ho-young, and comedian Kim Ji-min.

Although the wedding ceremony was held behind closed doors to the press, we were able to get a glimpse of the scene through social media of acquaintances who attended as guests. In particular, actor Choi Sung-joon posted a photo of Seven-Yi Hae smiling and kissing at the end of Virgin Road, saying "Congratulations to you two so much" on social media, revealing a picture of the happy couple who had just got married.

Seven and Lee Da-hae, who were friends of the same age, developed into lovers and have been in a long-term relationship for eight years since 2015 before getting married.

In announcing their marriage, Seven said, "I promised to marry my girlfriend Lee Da-hae, who has been with me for the past eight years and has always embraced me with love, on May 8th," adding, "In the future, I will live with a more mature and responsible attitude as the head of a family and husband."

Lee Da-hae said, "I'm still more familiar with the word boyfriend, but I will live as a good wife and a great support to 'Gven,' who has been by my side and brought me great happiness, and who will now be my lifelong partner."
