It was members of his family who raised the alarm when they saw a body floating in the water. This Friday late morning, the rescue intervened to recover the body of a man on the wild coast in Quiberon (Morbihan), reports Le Télégramme. The 27-year-old victim had been missing since April 23.
That day, the man had gone to the Trou du Souffleur on the peninsula to fish with a rod. While the sea was rough and a force 6 wind was blowing, he had been swept away by a wave. Significant resources had been committed to try to find him before the search was suspended in the evening.
