[Investor A: I'm very worried about what to do, I want you to give me some time to figure out how to do it, but I don't think I'm pushing too hard.]

In the chat room of a social media group where investors like Mr. A gathered, there was a complaint that the debt was "dry," and more than 60 investors today (4th) petitioned the Financial Services Commission to recommend a three-month moratorium on debt collection and interest waiver for the period.

Unlike some high-net-worth investors who were aware of the illegality and invested, they claimed that they were deceived by Mr. Radeok-yeon and his gang, such as not knowing that they were trading by paying debt in advance.

[Gong Hyung-jin/Investor's Representative: Those who are aware of (stock price manipulation) should of course be punished as accomplices. However, the victims we are in charge of did not have any awareness of the transaction....]

In response to investors' demands, the Financial Services Commission is of the position that in principle, it is not appropriate for the authorities to intervene in losses incurred in trading individual stock products.

After SBS's audio recording of the investment briefing, it became known that some investors who were aware of the illegal situation at the time of investment inquired about the possibility of criminal penalties from law firms.

In the midst of this, the prosecution conducted additional seizure searches of Radeokyeon's office and acquaintance's residence from last night to today.
