Teenagers who broke into a gold and silver room in broad daylight, mercilessly beat the owner, and robbed him of 8 million won worth of precious metals and cash, have been sentenced to prison.

Today (10rd), the 3th Criminal Division of the Ulsan District Law (as the presiding judge) sentenced Party A and Party B, who were put on trial on charges of joint racketeering, to a term of 11 years in prison. He said he was sentenced to two years and six months in prison and a fine of 4,2 won.

In September last year, a gang of Group A was accused of assaulting the owner of a gold and silver shop in Ulsan more than 6 times, preventing him from shouting, and fleeing after taking 50 million won in precious metals and 9.10 million won in cash.

Shortly before the crime, they posed as guests at the gold and silver room and were found to have paid more than 7 million won, including gold bracelets and gold rings, and the credit card used as a payment method turned out to be a stolen credit card from the parking lot of the apartment.

This was not the only atrocity they committed.

Apart from the gold and silver room theft case, Group A approached an unspecified number of men by posing as women through a chat application and holding so-called "conditional encounters."

In fact, when a man came out near a hotel in Gimhae, Gyeongsangnam, he surrounded him and threatened to extort the money.

When the man yelled at passersby for help and ran away, they chased him, knocked him down, punched him in the face, and continued the assault.

The group of Party A, who was also tried in this case, stated that the reason for the crime was to settle debts owed by gambling.

The tribunal noted that "he committed many crimes in a short period of time and beat his victims mercilessly, which is very bad."

He said, "About six months ago, I stole precious metals from a gold and silver shop, and my tolerant attitude alone is not enough to correct my sexual behavior."
