A man who dragged a woman to the ground after being sexually assaulted by another person and sexually assaulted her has been sentenced to three years and six months in prison on appeal.

This man was the head of a family raising children.

The Criminal Division 3-6 of the Busan High Law (Chief Judge Choi Hwan) quashed the original trial and sentenced Miss A, who was sentenced to three years in prison at the first trial for sexual assault, and sentenced her to three years and six months in prison.

On January 2, 1, Miss A was put on trial for forcibly feeding Ms. B alcohol to get her drunk at a residence in Busan, and then forcibly sexually assaulting her.

At the time of the crime, Mr. A was having a drinking party with Mr. C, a man who was an acquaintance, and two women whom he had met at a bar the day before and had happened to know while drinking.

Miss A led the drinking atmosphere and forced the women to drink, after which Miss C sexually assaulted Miss B when she was left alone with Miss B in the living room.

Miss B was suddenly sexually assaulted and collapsed, and when Miss A saw Miss B lying face down on the floor, she also dragged her into the master bedroom to sexually assault her.

At the time of the crime, Miss A told Miss B to "stay still because you are angry" and forcibly sexually assaulted Miss B one after another.

Earlier, Mr. C was accused of sexually assaulting Mr. B on that day and was sentenced to three years in prison in September 1.

Following the first trial, the Court of Appeal sentenced Mr. A to a case of sexual assault and a case of sexual assault in which he caused a drunk driving car accident and caused another person to misrepresent the driver.

The Court of Appeal noted that "each offense (committed by Defendant A) was of very poor quality and was a drug-related offense committed while on probation."

He stated the reasons for sentencing, saying, "We agreed with the victim of the car accident and took into consideration the fact that Mr. A is supporting his children and his family is pleading for his wife."
