The person who was killed on his way to work is 4-year-old Mr. A, who has just been employed for three months,

After a chase, the police immediately arrested the driver, 150-year-old Kim Mo, at his home.

More than two hours after the accident, his blood alcohol level was well over 26.24% and his license revoked was well over 2.0%.

The police plan to apply for an arrest warrant for Mr. B on suspicion of aggravated fleeing under the Aggravated Punishment of Certain Crimes Act.
