Her Highness added, "Today, our slogan for 2023 came to be (We Share for Tomorrow), and we in the UAE are blessed with establishing gender balance as an institutional, societal and ethical culture that pervades our seven emirates, in an indication of the importance of the solidarity of all federal and government state institutions, civil society and the private sector, to continue the march and build on the efforts achieved to harness everything that would enhance the best enabling environment for Emirati women in all fields and sectors, which results in strengthening the inspiring state model for empowerment in the region and the world."

Her Highness continued: "In the midst of our preparations to host the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP28) next November, we welcome our contemporary challenges with the world, especially in the file of climate change, with our distinguished female cadres, who constitute two-thirds of the conference's leadership team, and more than 50% of the administrative team, to present to the world our sustainable approach in appreciating the efficiency, excellence and creativity of precious Emirati girls."
