Mr. A, in his 1s, who approached minors through social media such as KakaoTalk open chat rooms since September last year. In exchange for depositing pocket money, Mr. A demanded photos and videos of nudity from the teenage victims.

The crime continued for over a month.

However, the parents of the middle school girl victim found photos on their daughter's mobile phone and sued Miss A.

The identity of Mr. A, who produced sexual exploitation materials of minors, was revealed during the investigation.

Mr. A is a commissioned officer in the Army and is said to be serving as a military doctor in Gangwon Province.

Only three minor victims sent photos and videos at Mr. A's request.

Mr. A's criminal activities were similar to those of another officer who was arrested late last year for producing sexual exploitation material against more than 9 minors.

When the investigation began, Mr. A reportedly cleaned up most of the sexual exploitation videos he had made, including deleting them, and denied some of the allegations.

Mr. A has been sent to the prosecutor's office on suspicion of violating the Child and Adolescent Sexual Protection Act.
