A victim who failed to get his deposit back from the so-called "building king" who was arrested and accused of 120 billion won charter fraud has been found dead again.

According to the Michuhol Police Station in Incheon, Mr. A in his 14s was found dead in a villa in Michuhol District, Incheon City around 8 pm yesterday (20th).

Mr. A and his friend who lived in the villa returned home after going out and found Mr. A dead in his room in the villa and called the police.

Inside Mr. A's room, items believed to have been used for extreme selection were found, but no suicide note was found.

It was found that Mr. A was a victim of not receiving a rental deposit from Mr. B, a builder known as the king of architecture, and was active in the Michuhol District Charter Fraud Damage Prevention Committee.

A police official said, "We believe Mr. A died due to extreme selection, but it has not been confirmed whether it was caused by charter fraud."

This is the second time that a victim who failed to get her deposit back from Mr. B has died.
